As founding principal of Fleming Alliance Architecture, Cindy Fleming has over 27 years of extensive professional experience including corporate and professional office, commercial, retail, community facilities, medical and industrial projects with emphasis on facilities planning, technical project management and construction administration.
Cindy has been a State of California registered disaster service worker since 1991 and has been trained in post-earthquake and disaster building evaluation. Cindy was team leader for Office of Emergency Services Disaster Response Team 15 from 1996 to 2003.
Cindy is a LEED accredited professional. An interest since college days, Cindy has incorporated sustainable design and practices into all aspects of her daily life. All projects incorporate sustainable design principals to assure healthier, more productive and profitable work environments for building owners, tenants and employees.
